Heartful Retreats

A truly perfect weekend, in a magical place, with beautiful people. So grateful to Siôn and Rosanna for everything – the yoga, meditation, chats,sharing experiences as a group, walks, canoeing, hot tub, food, and also Penny’s fab massage. Thoroughly enjoyed, and reconnected with nature, and my body and soul are in a good place.

The accommodation was excellent, and the food was amazing. Angela’s expertise was shared in a non-patronizing, fun, and useful way. If you are wondering if this retreat is for you, my honest advice is to just book it and go. I don’t use the terms lightly, but for me, it was 'life-changing' and 'life-affirming'.

The whole retreat from start to finish was fabulous. Angela is just fantastic, and the entire experience was so uplifting, healing, and energizing. I cannot express how great the setting of the program was, from the accommodation to the surroundings where we meditated in nature – wow! And the food was outstanding in quality, quantity, and taste. So very, very glad I went. It was a great choice, and I recommend it 100%. Welcoming, warm, and definitely worth experiencing.
