Summer is BBQ season, but why bother with sweating over the coals yourself when the experts will cook up a storm for you? Smoke and Fire Festival is taking over Ascot Racecourse this August for a weekend of spectacular and tasty grilling, with chef demos, cocktails, artisan foods and live music.

Considered the largest BBQ festival experience in the UK, Smoke and Fire boasts an impressive line-up, with over 50 brands set to be in attendance for you to discover. There’s a speculation that this festival will be a very meaty affair, and whilst there will be plenty of meat on the menu there will be a range of plant-based and halal options so everyone can enjoy the unique taste of cooking with smoke and fire.

Boasting worldwide BBQ styles including the extremely popular Korean BBQ as well as Japanese yakitori, Brazilian Churrasco and South African braai that will be available for you to taste and to learn more about each style.
