2. Promotion Period

The Travel Tuesday promotion runs from:

12:00pm on Monday 1 December 2025 to 23:59pm on Sunday 7 December 2025
(the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligible Listings

The offer applies only to experiences, retreats, products, and events on www.tripr.travel that are clearly marked with the “Travel Tuesday” label (“Eligible Listings”).

Listings without this label are not included in the promotion.

4. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the promotional pricing:

• The booking must be made during the Promotion Period;
• You must enter the code TRIPRTT25 at checkout, where the discount will be applied to the listed price and basket value; and
• The experience/event/retreat must take place and be fully completed by 23:59 on Tuesday 31 December 2026.

Bookings or experiences falling outside these timeframes are not eligible.

5. Availability

All Eligible Listings are subject to availability.
Tripr Ltd does not guarantee the continued availability of listings, dates, or pricing during the Promotion Period.

6. Discount & Offer Details

• The promotional discount will only be applied when code TRIPRTT25 is entered at checkout.
• The discount applies to the listed promotional price and total basket value of Eligible Listings.
• Discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
• Tripr Ltd may update, vary, or withdraw promotional pricing where reasonably necessary.

7. Booking & Payment

Bookings must be made through www.tripr.travel.

Tripr Ltd’s standard:

• payment terms,
• cancellation policy,
• amendment rules, and
• refund policy

apply to all bookings made under this promotion.

Tripr Ltd takes payment and collects funds on behalf of product and experience organisers, and will remit funds to organisers in accordance with its standard payment processes.

8. Changes & Cancellations

• If a booking is amended and no longer meets the eligibility criteria, the promotional price may be withdrawn and standard pricing may apply.
• If an organiser cancels or materially changes an experience, Tripr Ltd’s standard refund and cancellation policies will apply.
• Tripr Ltd is not responsible for organiser availability, scheduling, or operational decisions.

9. Platform Responsibility

Tripr Ltd operates as an online marketplace connecting customers with independent product and experience organisers.

Experiences are delivered solely by third-party organisers. Tripr Ltd is not responsible for:

• the safety, quality, or delivery of any experience,
• organiser performance or conduct,
• itinerary or schedule changes, or
• any injury, loss, damage, or additional expenses incurred,

except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Fair Use & Right to Withdraw

Tripr Ltd reserves the right to:

• suspend, amend, or withdraw the promotion,
• remove listings from the promotion, or
• void the discount where misuse, fraud, technical errors, or pricing inaccuracies are suspected.

Such decisions will only be taken where reasonably necessary.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
